General

All customers must complete an Indemnity Form
Full payment must be received prior to commencing the tour
Customers must adhere to safety instructions and wear safety equipment provided during the tours
Customers are responsible for their own belongings
Any abusive or inappropriate conduct towards our staff will not be tolerated

We understand that plans can change, please find below our cancellation policy for pre-booked tours:

Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable and may only be rescheduled subject to availability
24-48 hours' notice: 50% refundable (excluding Groups) or reschedule subject to availability
48+ hours' notice: Fully refundable (excluding Groups)
Groups (5 or more): Require 3 working days' notice or are non-refundable
General Amendments: Tour dates/times can be rescheduled subject to availability
In the unfortunate event Mkoko Explorers have to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund
